Pulse Fitness & Spa Plovdiv is the latest building by Capital Holding Group and is located next to Capital City Center. Designed and developed with modern vision and a total area of 4000 sq. M., inside operates the best and most modern fitness club in Bulgaria - "Pulse". The modern building incorporates cardio zone, power zone and a spa center, and its facade stands out with its impressive design.
On an area of 4,000 square meters our club members can benefit from power, cardio, spinning, stretching area, dietetic cabinet, electro fitness, protein and fresh bar, as well as halls for group activities. Last but not least, there is a huge spa center where you will find a 12-person jacuzzi, a unique marble steam bath, a Himalayan salt sauna and others.
Free for all club members, we offer over 100 group activities to complement your workouts. You can choose from activities such as BODYPUMP, Kangoo Jumps, TapOut, Pilates, Crossfit, Yoga and more.
